AFTERCARE ADVICE

Please follow the below aftercare to get the best possible healed result .

During the next 7 days it is a normal occurrence to experience

* Tenderness

* Flacking

* Dryness & itchiness

* Swelling & redness


The evening of treatment please lightly wipe over eyebrows with warm distilled water on cotton pads, this must be damp and not wet. Pat brows dry with tissue, Repeat this every hour before you go to bed the day of your treatment ,Then apply a very thin layer of healing gel onto brows ( the size of a grain of rice) Make sure your hands and clean every time you touch your brows .Avoid exercise, saunas , steam rooms for the 14 days. Try to keep showers and baths short as too much steam on the brows can affect the healing. Do not get the brows wet other then the damp cotton pad cleaning advised.


Day 2-7: Wash brows with damp cotton pads then apply a thin layer of healing gel AM & PM. Please do not rub the eyebrows ,pat them dry before applying gel.


How to apply gel:

* Remove a small amount of gel with a cotton bud & apply over brows. The aim of this is the soothing any tightness itching and lift any loose scabs left on the brows.


Repeat this two-three times a day for 5-7 days


Keep your hands clean and avoid touching the affected area. Do not scrub or pick treated areas, Keep hair away from face to avoid infection, Do not expose area to direct sun or to tanning beds, Avoid exposing the area excessive moisture or humidity, such as: facials, swimming, jacuzzies, saunas, steam rooms, and steamy showers. Avoid Retin-A, moisturizers, glycolic acids, exfoliants and anti-aging products at all times (not just during healing) on and around your brow area. These can cause pigments to fade and lighten prematurely. Avoid any brow waxing or threading 2 weeks after Microblading.


LONG TERM CARE

To avoid pigment fade for as long as possible avoid excessive exposure to UV rays.

Always use a good facial SPF (sun protection factor)

Take care when using products directly over your brows, avoid using any Glycolic acid ,fruit acids or Retinol on the brows .


Maintenance treatment is recommended every 12-18 month to keep your brows looking perfect.
